Unpacking Issues of Gender & Diversity in the Workforce

Cal Poly Women's and Gender Studies Department Chair, Dr. Jane Lehr to give a talk at the second annual Cal Poly Women's Business Leadership Academy. The talk is entitled Women in the Workforce: Unpacking Issues of Gender and Diversity in the Workforce.

Founded in Spring 2015, the Cal Poly Women in Business Association was created to act as a resource and community for young women, working to provide students with the skills and network needed to succeed in college and life. This is the second annual Women's Business Leadership Academy sponsored by the Cal Poly Women in Business Association.
