Appointment Subject Matter
Keep in mind that your appointment is limited to 30 minutes and separate meetings may need to be scheduled. If you wish to expand on discussion topics, or are considering a change of major, provide details in the "Comments" box.
My weekly availability
Please provide your weekly availability so we can find a time that works with both you and a LAES Faculty Advisor. Feel free to give specific dates and blocks of time. If you are not available on a particular day between the hours of 8-5, indicate this by typing "Not Available."
